Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 23, 2023 between 9:50am and 10:55am. There were 7 children present with 2 caregivers supervising for a total of 14 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating breakfast, washing hands, participating in story-time, and painting. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, evacuation drill logs, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, outdoor play area and emergency procedures. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the programs.
