Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, review of video footage, and interviews.

A complaint inspection was initiated on 02/16/2022 and completed on 03/01/2022. A complaint was received by the department on 02/16/2022 regarding an allegation in the area of Programs. On 02/16/2022, the center was contacted by telephone to initiate the investigation. On this date there were 58 children present and in the care of 10 staff members. Two staff members were interviewed.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid."
