Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced complaint inspection conducted on May 11, 2022 and May 13, 2022. The inspection was concluded and the findings were reviewed on May 18, 2022. At the time of arrival on May 11, 2022 it was naptime and there were 71 children present and in the care of 8 staff members. The inspection was in response to a complaint that was received in the Valley Licensing Office on May 6, 2022. The complaint was related to the Staff and Supervision and the Special Care Provisions and Emergencies sections of the licensing standards. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation and the complaint disposition was, therefore, "not valid." There were three staff interviewed. One staff member's record and one child's record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
