Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 21, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. There were 78 children present, ranging in ages from four months to five years old with 23 staff supervising. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all the subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

No violations of the supplement subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
