An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 02/06/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 02/03/2025 relating to allegations of administration, supervision and programs. Three children's records were reviewed on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
