Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on March 13, 2026 and completed on March 30, 2026 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 10, 2026 relating to allegations of programs and supervision. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
