During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on June 6, 2025 and completed on June 6, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 AM and ended at 12:10PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 128 children present and 21 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 10 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on June 13, 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Tables shall be sanitized after each use for feeding. Sanitize is defined as "the surface of the item is sprayed or dipped into the disinfectant solution and allowed to air dry on the surface for a minimum of two minutes or according to the disinfectant solution instructions."

1. In room #1, Cheerios from morning snack were on the tables and floor. Children and staff had transitioned to an outside activity, at the time of inspection.
2. In room #2, Cheerios from morning snack was on the tables and milk was spilled on the floor. Children and staff had transitioned to an outside activity, at the time of inspection.
