Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 2/26/2026 and completed on 2/26/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/19/2026 relating to allegations of inappropriate supervision and infant care. The inspector reviewed one child's record on site. This inspection included document review tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
