An unannounced inspection was initiated on 03/18/2026 and completed on 03/18/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 02/23/2026 relating to allegations of supervision. This inspection included tour of the facility and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
