Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 02/12/2026 and completed on 03/18/2026 with a local agencies, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 02/10/2026 relating to allegations of forbidden actions and nutrition. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
