Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/6/2022 and concluded on 5/6/2022 from 10:15 am until 11:30 am. There were a total of 10 children ( 27 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, computer touch screen games, puzzles, shapes, diapering and rest time. A total of 3 child records and 3 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 1Evidence: There were multiple diaper creams observed without parent authorizations. The provider stated that she has not obtained written authorization to apply the diaper creams.
