Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was initiated on 10/17/2022 from approximately 2:00 p.m. ? 3:00 p.m. and concluded 10/28/2022. There are no children enrolled and one staff currently employed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. One staff record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards or law. A violation notice was issued. Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to me within 5 business days from today, 11/07/2022. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Your plan of correction should contain: 1) steps to correct the noncompliance with the standard(s), 2) measures to prevent the noncompliance from occurring again; and 3) person(s) responsible for implementing each step and/or monitoring any preventive measure(s).

Record for S1, employed 06/06/22 did not contain: the name, address, and telephone number of a person to be notified in an emergency which is kept at the center; information, to be kept at the center about health problems that may interfere with filling the job responsibilities; employment references; and orientation and training required by 8VAC20-780-240.9 regarding the prevention of shaken baby syndrome and abusive head trauma, including procedures to cope with crying babies or distraught children.
