Inspector Notes
Provider requested a license modification to increase the age range to served infants in the center. An inspection was conducted 01/04/2023 from approximately 10:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. to assure the space supported the request to serve infants. Room measurements were taken and furnishings inspected to serve infants. Confirmation was received 01/12/2023 from Lancaster County that the space is approved to serve infants. The modification is approved to increase the age range 1 month to age 12.11 months. The provider is not requesting an increase in total capacity and it remains at 106.
