Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted 10/24/2023 from approximately 10:47 a.m. to 4:55 p.m. There were 64 children present and 10 staff supervising. A monitoring inspection was also conducted. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined violations with applicable standards or laws.
