Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program .
A renewal inspection was initiated on 01/13/2022 and concluded on 01/14/2022. The in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 3 children present and 1 staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records, 2 staff records and 1 household member record, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
