Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and an in person tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on January 12, 2023. There were 5 children present with1 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure attendance records was miaintained with arrival and departure of each child as it occurs.

Staff #1 confirmed she did not have documentation of departure on her new document she it using for attendance.
