Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 5/22/2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:25pm and ended at 3:25pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Family Day homes built prior to 2015, that serve preschool-age children, are required to have at least one carbon monoxide detector. There was no carbon monoxide detector in the home.
Plan of Correction: The provider stated they would make sure they got one.
