Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:00pm-1:10pm. There were 69 children in the direct care and supervision of 12 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed eating, washing their hands and preparing for nap. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
