Inspector Notes

An unannounced investigation was conducted 11/29/2022 in response to a self reported incident regarding the care of children. During the investigation staff were interviewed, the files of children and staff were reviewed, and classrooms were observed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations. This incident has been determined to be not valid. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
