Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12pm-1:45pm. There were 65 children in the direct care and supervision of 13 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed eating, singing, and preparing for nap. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Based on record review, at least every two years from the date of the first initial screening or testing, staff members did not obtain and submit the results of a follow-up tuberculosis screening.
