Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was started in the center on March 18, 2024 from 10:25 AM to 12:45PM and concluded on March 18, 2024. There were 39 children present with 7 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
