Inspector Notes

A focused monitoring inspection was conducted on February 27, 2024 with center owner and staff. There were 101 children present, ranging in age from 3 months to 4 years, with 19 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed the areas of non-compliance that resulted in the issuance of the provisional license. The areas of non-compliance have been corrected and the provider has requested early compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
