An unannounced inspection was initiated on December 22, 2025 and concluded on December 23, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on December 18, 2025 relating to allegations of ratio, diapering, and supervision. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
