This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was initiated on Monday, October 25, 2021 and concluded on Thursday, October 28, 2021. The director/provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 2 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
