Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 31, 2023, from 12:17pm to 1:05pm with the provider and two assistants. There were 11 children, ages 5 months, 6 months, 11 months, 2, 2, 2, 3, 4, 4, 5, and 5 years old, were in the care of three caregiver for a total of 26 points. The children were observed during nap time, one infant was observed being bottle fed, and one infant was observed interacting with a caregiver. Four children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider record, two household member?s records, and two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 5/19/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 4/27/2023.
