Inspector Notes

A Religiously Exempt Child Day Center Code Compliance inspection was completed on July 7, 2023 from 11:30am to approximately 12:45pm. There were 23 children present and 6 staff members. A sample size of five children?s records were reviewed and six staff members. Children and staff interactions were observed during the entire time of the inspection. First Aid Kits and Emergency preparedness drill logs were observed. Inspector was able to view free play indoor and outdoor as well as naptime. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
