A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was completed on July 7, 2023 from 11:30am to approximately 12:45pm. A Religiously Exempt Child Day Center Code Compliance inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in code compliance were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
