A monitoring inspection was conducted on April 11, 2024, in response to a self report that was received by the department on April 2, 2024, regarding allegations in the care and supervision of the children at the center. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, classroom observations were completed, children were interviewed as a group, and a tour of the facility was conducted. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were issued.
