Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on March 12, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 2:15pm and ended at 4:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 35 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
