Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated and completed on 08/08/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:30 am and ended at 1:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
