Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 1/12/2022 and concluded on 1/13/2022. The Provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children (18) present, ranging in ages from 4 months to 4 years, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records, 2 caregiver records, and 3 household member records were reviewed.
