Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/28/2023 between the hours of approximately 12:10 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. There were 7 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 15 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed dancing with the caregivers and preparing for nap. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. No violations were issued.
