Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on December 14, 2023 between the hours of approximately 12:30 p.m. and 1:35 p.m. There were 7 children present with the provider and 1 assistant for a total of 18 points. Children were observed napping. 3 children's records, 2 caregiver records and 2 household member records were reviewed. An inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, and emergency procedures was completed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
