An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on June 11, 2024 and the inspection concluded on June 11, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 a.m. and ended at 10:20 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home and observations.
