Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was initiated on June 11, 2024 and the inspection concluded on June 11, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 a.m. and ended at 10:20 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home and observations. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Caregivers are required to annually attend the department's health and safety update course. The most recent health and safety update course for Caregivers #1 and #2 were taken in December of 2022.
