This inspection was conducted by licensing staff at the request of the director related to an increase in capacity in the infant room. The inspection was initiated on November 15, 2021 and concluded on November 15, 2021. Licensing inspector took measurements of the infant room and reviewed center owned documentation as a part of the inspection.
