Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 21, 2023 between 9:25am and 10:20am. There were 4 children present with 2 caregivers supervising for a total of 12 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with various age-appropriate toys and interacting with the caregiver. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, medication, fire drill log, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law . No violations were issued.
