Inspector Notes
An in-person mandated renewal inspection was conducted on May 18, 2023 from 10:40am until 11:30am. There were 2 children in care (4 pts) with 1 caregiver supervising. Children were observed watching television, coloring, singing songs and reciting letters. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1Evidence: On the second level where children were watching television, unused electrical outlets in surge protector located under the television did not have child-resistant protective covers installed.
