Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated February 14, 2025, and completed on March 14, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on February 14, 2025, relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed 2children?s records and 3 staff records on-site on March 13, 2025. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
