Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/28/2023 from 12:55pm to 1:55pm. There were 11 children ages 3 months to age 4 years old (30 points) with the Provider and an assistant. The programming area, attendance, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 5 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. Outdoor area was not inspected due to the weather. There were no medications onsite. Children were observed napping and feeding. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in CPR and First Aid training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
