Inspector Notes
The Licensing Inspector initiated and completed a monitoring inspection on 2/12/2024. The inspector was on site from 10:50am until 1:10pm.
There were two children under the care of one provider. The ages of the children ranged from fourteen months to two years old. The children were observed during free play and snack time. Three children?s record and one staff record were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence: The home used by the provider was built prior to 2015. Inspector asked if the provider if the home had carbon monoxide detectors installed and was informed they did not.
