An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/12/2024, as part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 12:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There was 1 child present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 4. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 provider records on-site. This inspection included, document review, and a tour of the home.
