Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/2/2023 from 11:00 am to 12:10 pm. The provider had 12 children in care with 2 caregivers. A total of 22 points. the children attend the providers home for half day preschool. Observed snack time and playing outside.
Reviewed 4 staff and household records as well as 5 children's records. The provider has lots of materials for the children to explore and lots of space.

Violations
4Evidence: The provider gives a child Glucagon and the authorization for that expired end of SY 2023.
Evidence: The medication authorization expired at the end of last school year and the medication expired in August. The provider did not discard medication.
Evidence: An Auvi-Q is in a bag without the original box and prescription label.
