Inspector Notes

A monitoring focused inspection was initiated and concluded on April 18, 2024, in response to an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC) presented to the facility on January 31, 2024, and completed/accepted on February 14, 2024. The inspection was focused on two key areas identified on the IPOC (operational responsibilities and staffing and supervision). The inspector arrived at 1:30 pm and departed the program at approximately 2:00pm. There were no violations cited during today's inspection.
