Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on 3/24/2022 and concluded on 3/25/2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 82 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to 5 years old with sixteen (16) staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant & staffing and supervision. A total of 4 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
