Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/22/2025 and completed on 5/22/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:27AM and ended at 12:03PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 55 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on site on 5/22/2025 and 3 staff records on site 5/22/2025. This inspection included - document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-270-A
The center shall ensure that areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, are maintained in a safe and operable condition. The top hinge of the changing table cabinet door in the Two?s classroom was not attached. Ten children were present in the classroom.
Plan of Correction: Provider fixed the hinge on the cabinet.
