An unannounced inspection was initiated on January 9, 2026 and completed on (January 28, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on January 5, 20026 relating to allegations of staff qualifications. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site on January 9, 2026. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
