An unannounced non mandated inspection was conducted on 03/13/2024 in response to a self-report that was received in the licensing office on 01/26/2024 in the area of physical plant. The inspector interviewed three staff members and a total of 2 staff records were reviewed during the inspection. On 03/13/2024, the inspector arrived at the center at 3:00 PM and departed at 4:00 PM.
Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law and no violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
