Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted; there were 29 children present with 6 staff supervising. the family advocate was also present. Children were observed playing outside, washing hands, playing at the tables with manipulatives, and eating lunch.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
