Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal complaint inspection was started and ended on 02/02/2024 from 10:05am until 11:20. There were no children in care due to a staff work day. There were 5 staff present.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 staff records and 5 children?s records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center did not maintain a document with the required information that must be kept on vehicles at all times.
Evidence:
Bus #34 did not contain the required information.
Plan of Correction: The Health and Safety Coordinator will be gathering the necessary information for the buses.
